The Garrison House Inn

This place has all the historic charme you expect from an inn that was built in the 19th century with all modern amenities. The room with the private bathroom was very clean and lovely decorated with antique furniture. The bed was super comfortable. The Inn keeper was friendly and accommodating. She explained the history of the inn. In the morning, we were served a huge breakfast with eggs (anyway you like), potatoes, bacon, toast, and fruit. I highly recommend The Garisson Inn!

We booked a last minute room at the Garrison House Inn after a horrible night at the Digby Pines Hotel. Alanna was sweet and accommodating. We booked a nice large room. The breakfast was delicious and we also had dinner in the restaurant which was yummy too. My only suggestion would be to find a way to put a mini refrig in the room. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and would highly recommend this B&B.

My spouse and I came to Annapolis Royal for a wedding and spent one night at the inn. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of the historic building with its antique interior, providing us with a rare experience and a lovely night. Unfortunately, we had to sleep in and missed breakfast, but the room we had was cozy so we regret nothing. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The parking and the location were also appreciated, and since we haven't tried the food, we have a reason to return in the future.

Location is perfect with plenty of parking. Very lovely touches interior to an already stunning historical house. Room six was very quaint and adequately appointed. Bed was very comfy. Hostess and owner was very sweet and engaging. Topped off with an excellent full breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Five of my family dined here this evening. We very highly recommend it, the owners have brought a lot passion into the menu, both the food and drinks. Food and service were both excellent.

We had a lovely two night stay here. Murray and Alana were very accommodating and spent time answering questions about the area. They also gave us information about places to visit and see nearby and about the tides on the Bay. The location and view is excellent across from Fort Anne with easy accessibility to strip of land to view the tide and community across the bay. Breakfast was excellent as was the seafood pie for dinner. Did not really care for the escargots stuffed in the cherry tomato but that may be just a matter of taste for me. Room was clean and tidy and bed was nice, but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. Would stay here again but definitely like another room without the pullout sofa.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem in Annapolis Royal and had such an amazing stay. The location can’t be beat as it is within walking distance to the bay. The room was comfortable and the breakfast, just so delicious. I only wish we had been there when the kitchen was open as I am sure the dinner there will be delectable. HighLy recommend this place!

A friend of mine enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Garrison Inn, during the off-season. Location was perfect, but more particularly the accommodations were just great! The beds were terrific, the rooms very neat and well appointed. I highly recommend a stay at the Garrison!
